Our standard delivery charges are £4.50 for items sent through Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. You also have the option to collect from our shop for free.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our online payment processor 'PayPal'. You don't need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, you can simply pay by card when you are forwarded to PayPal's login screen, there will be an option to enter your card details. You can also login to your PayPal account to make a payment. Alternatively, you can select the option to pay on collection, payment will be taken upon collection of goods from our shop.

For 'In Stock' items, they will be despatched the same day providing the order is placed before 14:00. They will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded on 'First Class' service. For 'non-stock' items, then delivery times will vary depending on the season. For embroidered and printed garments please allow up to 28 days for delivery, however we endeavour to complete all outstanding orders within 14 days. We don't store any sensitive data on our online shop. All payment transactions are handled by PayPal using their 128 bit SSL encryption levels. We do not share any personal data with any third party companies, we will not use your data for marketing purposes either.

After ordering, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. We will then update you as to when your order is either ready for collection or being despatched.

You will receive an invoice for your order, this will show any tax or shipping costs also.
